Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and winrm9 ("Platform"). By using any part of the winrm9 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:
To register and use the winrm9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. winrm9 strictly prohibits individuals under the legal age from registering or using this platform. winrm9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close any account that fails to verify its age eligibility.
The winrm9 platform is intended for users based in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the winrm9 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may only hold one (1) active account at winrm9. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any form of legal guardianship are not eligible to register.
Warning: winrm9 employs a strict age verification system. Any attempt to circumvent or deceive the verification process is a serious offence and will result in account closure as well as a report being filed with the relevant authorities.
The winrm9 registration process is designed to get you started quickly while maintaining the security and integrity of the platform.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details. winrm9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents, such as a Malaysian identity card, to verify your identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winrm9 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. winrm9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to keep your account secure.
Chosen usernames may not contain other brand names, names of public figures, profanity, or any offensive content. winrm9 reserves the right to change any username deemed inappropriate without prior notice.
Winrm9 may require account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above certain limits. This is an industry-standard procedure designed to protect all parties against fraud and money laundering.
All financial transactions at winrm9 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via verified local Malaysian payment methods.

Winnings may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions: the account has been fully verified, all bonus wagering requirements have been met (where applicable), and there is no active investigation into the account. Withdrawal processing times are typically 3 to 15 minutes for eWallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits are based on the Member's VIP tier — from RM 5,000 (Regular Member) to RM 100,000 (VIP Diamond Member). Please refer to the VIP Rewards for further details on limits.
Winrm9 is fully compliant with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws. Any account suspected of involvement in suspicious activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.
Reminder: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the remaining balance.
Winrm9 offers betting on a wide range of sports, including football (EPL, Malaysia Super League), badminton (BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup), tennis, basketball (NBA), Formula 1, esports (Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, CS2), and more than 25 other sports.
All bets are considered accepted and valid upon confirmation within the winrm9 system. Successfully placed bets will appear in the Member's betting history. winrm9 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly in cases involving technical errors or incorrect odds.
In-play betting refers to bets placed while a match is in progress. winrm9 offers in-play betting on most major sports. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that all in-play bets are placed based on legitimate information — not information obtained through unlawful means or delayed feeds that could provide an unfair advantage.
Bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded to the Member's account balance in the following circumstances: a match is cancelled before it begins, a match is postponed by more than 48 hours, a technical error affects the accuracy of the odds, or in exceptional situations as determined by winrm9.
Parlay betting (combining multiple selections) is available on most sports at winrm9, with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 selections per slip. If any selection in a parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as a parlay with one fewer selection. If only one selection remains, it is treated as a single bet at the remaining odds.
Winrm9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on each promotional offer.
All bonuses issued by winrm9 are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover requirement is 5x to 15x of the bonus amount, depending on the bonus type. Exact rollover requirements are stated on each individual promotional offer.
Bonuses may only be used for betting within the winrm9 platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, directly converted to cash, or used to offset fees or charges. winrm9 reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse or abuse is found to have occurred.
Eligible Members may enrol in the VIP Rewards winrm9 offers enhanced odds, exclusive bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and priority support services. VIP eligibility is assessed based on a Member's betting activity and loyalty.
Prohibited: Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting the bonus system in any way — is a serious offence that will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Winrm9 Members are required to use the platform in an honest, fair, and responsible manner. The following activities are is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action as well as legal proceedings:
Winrm9 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity and to take appropriate action, including account freezing, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Members may request to close their winrm9 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements) will be refunded within 3 business days to the Member's original payment method.
Winrm9 reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of any terms in this document, fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to submit requested verification documents, or upon instruction from legal authorities.
An account that shows no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. winrm9 reserves the right to impose an administrative fee on inactive accounts of RM 20 per month after 12 months of inactivity, until the account balance reaches zero or the Member logs back in.
Winrm9 provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, winrm9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from unforeseen platform disruptions.
Winrm9 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters. In cases where an in-play bet is affected by a technical disruption proven to originate from winrm9's systems, the bet in question will be voided and the stake refunded.
Important Notice: Sports Betting and casino games carry financial risk. winrm9 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by Members as a result of betting activity. Placing bets is a personal decision made entirely at your own risk.
Winrm9 takes social responsibility seriously. We believe that sports betting and casino gaming should always remain a form of healthy entertainment and should never become a burden or problem for our Members.
Winrm9 provides the following self-management tools for all Members:

Winrm9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the winrm9 official website.
It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the winrm9 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
Note: For material amendments that substantially affect Member rights, winrm9 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days prior to the amendment taking effect, via email or in-platform notification.
These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action relating to this agreement shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bahasa Melayu as the official version. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
